What is Digispark ATtiny85

the attiny85 based mini development board is similar to the Arduino, but cheaper and smaller (of course a bit less powerful). With a whole host of shields to extend its functionality and the ability to use the familiar Arduino ide, this board is a great way to jump into microcontroller electronics.

Step.1 Error downloading Digistump Package

if you want to install Additional board in your Arduino as Digistump then you will get to see the error. "Error downloading http://digistump.com/package_digistump_index.json" you can see in our image. I got to see this too. so let's see how we can fix it.

Step.2 Problem installing Digispark board

To fix this. You have to come inside the file option in Arduino. Go to File/Preferences ignore the digistump link and you can see below the link, The preferences.txt path will be visible. so click to path link, Also Find manually this path "C:\Users\YourUsername\AppData\Local\Arduino15'' 

Step.3 Arduino IDE Digispark Setup in Windows 10

now you have come to the Digistump Github Page, and copy its package_index.json file content. keep in mind that from here you have to copy the entire content.

Step.4 Getting Started With Digispark Attiny85

Now you have to save the json content that you copied inside a file. Note: File name Only package_digistump_index.json and the location o this file should be in this folder. C:\Users\YourName\AppData\Local\Arduino15. can you see it the image below.

Step.5 Hack Any Computer In 2 Seconds

Now you have to go up to Arduino Tool/Board/Board Manager/ and here now you have to search Digistump. and the result are in front of you. now you can install digistump without any error.

Final Step: Rubber Ducky with Digispark ATtiny85
