As of my last knowledge update in January 2022, the field of deepfake technology continues to evolve, and it's important to stay informed about advancements and potential countermeasures.

Step.1: How to Create Deepfake video free.

Before making deepfake video, you will need a cloud machine, so far this we are going to use Digital Ocean, I have created with 8GB RAM Machine, because there is more processing involved in deepfake , so this will be enough here.

Step.2: Deepfake Video Make free

after login your VPS, now you have to install some important packages, first of all you have to install the PIP3 package in your VPS.

apt install python3-pip -y

Ok, after install pip3, you need to install FFMPEG package, Why we need FFMPEG, FFmpeg is a free and open-source software project consisting of a suite of libraries and programs for handling video, audio, and other multimedia files and streams. At its core is the command-line ffmpeg tool itself, designed for processing of video and audio files. 

apt install ffmpeg -y

Step.4: Deepfake video maker online

now you have to clone a tool from Github with the help of making Deepfake videos, So copy below command and paste your terminal.

git clone https://github.com/s0md3v/roop

Step.4: Deepfake video maker Android

after download tool, you will find requrements.txt file inside roop folder. you will have to run this file so whatever packages is required is downloaded in your machine.

pip3 install -r requirements.txt

Now you have to install python3-tk dependency, because this dependency not installed on your system when you were running requirement.txt.

apt-get install python3-tk -y

Step.6: How to identify Deepfake video

now for whatever deepfake video you want to make, you will have to upload the images and target video inside your VPS>

Step.7: HD Deepfake Video Make

now you have to give a final command, so that your given image can be swapped with the face of the target video. And this process may be take some time (Max: 5Min), after it completely deepfake video is ready.

Note: image and video file names should be same as in the command

python3 run.py -s "2.jpg" -t "2.mp4" -o "face_changed_video_v2.mp4" --keep-frames --keep-fps --temp-frame-quality 1 --output-video-quality 1 --execution-provider cuda

Finally now you can see that the deepfake video has been created for based on the image and video given by you, their faces have swapped.
